Winter Wellness Day Retreat
January 13 @ 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM$125
The Center for Sound Therapy in collaboration with Mary Brown from A Moment for Me Yoga & Wellness Studio want to help you feel well and stay well in 2019. We have put together a specifically chosen panel of specialists ready to arm you with powerful wellness strategies that you can use to feel your best in 2019.
On this day, we will help you build a wellness toolbox. Each tool that we put in your toolbox will be a wellness maintenance strategy that can help contribute to your everyday health and well-being as you move throughout the year. The New Year presents us with a new opportunity to focus on improving our health so we can live well and thrive.
Give yourself this day to go inward and reconnect after the busy holiday. We will offer you a chance to listen to the whispers of the body and see what it needs for healing. Through meditation, movement, rest and reflection you can begin to peel back your old layers and let go of those things no longer serving you. It’s time to create a blank canvas to write your best year ever.
If your intention is to be well in 2019, then you can start by joining us for a day filled with powerful activities and experiences that will lift your mood and enhance your spirit. Once you’ve identified how you feel when you are well, you can use all the tools in your toolbox to maintain that level of wellness. You will leave this day feeling rested, re-energized and informed with a deeper understanding of how you can get back to that place of wellness if you fall out of balance during the year.
It’s a New Year, and it’s time for a New You!
