DESCRIPTION:A sound bath is a beautiful meditative musical journey that helps you to completely let go of your stress and worry so you can receive a re-alignment to your entire energetic body using powerful sound vibration. \nOur quartz crystal singing bowls\, gongs\, flutes and other instruments produce a matrix of healing energies that are used to induce relaxation\, expansion\, clearing\, and healing on every level of your being. The vibrations produce deep states of relaxation as they balance the brain hemispheres\, release stress and muscle tension\, stimulate the flow of our vital energy and accelerate our healing and recovery. \nSound therapy has been used for thousands of years to keep illness out of the mind\, body and spirit. The sacred sounds can also open you up to a path of spiritual awakening and ultimately re-connect you with your divine essence. \nIt is believed that illness starts when a person’s healthy resonant frequency is out of balance\, at which time\, our physical\, mental\, and emotional health is affected.
