This New Moon occurs with a Solar Eclipse. Eclipses initiate change. They signify turning points and create moments of rapid transformation. Since a solar eclipse is when the moon (unconscious) passes in front of the sun (conscious), it may bring things up from the shadow to illustrate how we are not honoring our self and our internal rhythm. This eclipse brings these things to the surface to get clear on what needs to change for us to slow down, catch our breath, enjoy life and start manifesting our dreams. Our intention with this session is to align you with your highest potential.
The new moon is also an ideal time to set intentions and goals for yourself. You can also think of the new moon as a cosmic reset and blessed gift from the universe. Because each new moon falls in one specific astrological sign, it carries with it specific energies that you can use to connect in with the cosmos and bring change in your life.
Our sacred environment is the perfect back drop to invite the new moon energy to work with you. The gongs will help to open you mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually and ground the lunar energy into your being.

When the Moon is dark and in her transition, it is this time when we plant seeds of what you wish to manifest. The new moon in all her emptiness offers us a very receptive energy that can allow our intentions to be seeded and birthed from a place of pure potentiality, and because our bodies are water-based, sound bath rituals are always a great way to work with lunar energy.
