Sound vibrations offer deep healing by helping our hearts to release stuck emotional energy and bring it back into balance and harmony.

Maria will guide you through various methods of healing for the heart chakra while Calvin will produce soothing sound vibrations from Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and bells that will gently massage the tightness out of your chest and right out of your being.

When we connect with the heart through these practices, we can create heart coherence. When the heart is allowed to guide the body and the mind, the state of heart coherence can give you access to your intuition, greater states of health and can dramatically change our relationship with ourselves, the people around us.
