With our breath and voice, we create resonant frequency and energy that flows through us as we practice repeating the tones Om Ah Hum for a time, supported by the soothing vibratory sounds of our massive crystal singing bowls.

The sounds and vibrations that we create with our breath and voice will travel through our entire body and help us to let go of stress, anxiety, tension and negative emotions like fear, anger, worry, resentment and hate.

Using the voice can also help us to find relief from pain and move stagnate inflammatory energy from sensitive areas of the body.

This practice also helps to deepen the breath, allowing the lungs to fully open, which brings more oxygen into the brain and blood helping us to reach euphoric states of being.

This process also expands our auric field and improves energy flow through the entire chakra system.
