It represents our creative self-expression, communication, search for truth, and ability to receive and assimilate information.

People who have a balanced throat chakra have clear, free-flowing creative expression, the ability to connect with others through their communication, and have a strong connection to their inner voice and personal truth and will have no problem following their dreams. Someone with a healthy throat chakra will value honesty and integrity in the actions and value truth over deceit and falsities.
