This beautiful and unique singing bowl is etched with the Buddhist goddess Tara and with the mantra of Tara (om tare tuttare ture svaha) – which is the second most common mantra heard in Tibet

Tara is the goddess of universal compassion and represents virtuous and enlightened action. It is said that her compassion for living beings is stronger than a mother’s love for her children. She also brings about longevity, protects earthly travel, and guards her followers on their spiritual journey to enlightenment.

Meditation bowls are simple and powerful ways to add depth to meditative practice – tap the bowl once and trace the striker along the edge to produce the bowl’s unique deep humming sounds. The bowl’s harmonious vibrations will help clear the mind and promote deep relaxation.
